TOM'S BIOGRAPHY

 

Tom Jackson, an internationally-known living historian, is a native of San Antonio and 6th generation Texan. He was educated at Rice University (BA 1975) and St. Mary’s University of San Antonio (JD 1984). Since 1995, he has presented historical programs and portrayed characters from Texas and American history in full period attire and accoutrements at a wide range of conventions, historic sites, resorts, banquets, schools, and special events. His live, interactive programs highlight leadership, courage, dedication, and patriotism. Power Points enhance the educational, entertainment, and motivational value of each program while Tom brings these characters and eras to life. All programs are born of his passion for the study and appreciation of Texas and American history, which have a proven record of effectively educating, stimulating, and entertaining people of all ages from all over the world.
